Hello!
This tutorial aims to help you get more subscribers, brand your channel, and use one of YouTube’s “hidden” features. Your YouTube watermark can be made on a transparent background.
If you’d like a tutorial on this, comment below. However, today I want to show you how to create a simple YouTube play button watermark, that tells people to subscribe to you. I use Crello for this tutorial, but you can use Canva, or any other graphic design program you wish.
Here are the basic steps:
- Make a 250x250px square.
- Make the background a bright red.
- Add a triangle, make it bigger, and rotate it so the point faces right (like the YouTube play button logo). Make the triangle white.
- Add text. Type in “subscribe”, make the text bigger. Make it white. Place it under the triangle. Save your design.
- Access your YouTube Studio Classic, go to Channel, then Branding, and upload your new watermark. Select when you wish to display your new watermark and save.
Let me know what other tutorials you’d like to see in the future. I’d like to make more things about how to help you stand out and get found through video online. Using video is super important on our social media now! I can help you with video on Facebook, Instagram and of course YouTube.
Stay ambitious,
